Using the Whiteboard
A whiteboard is a convenient way to illustrate the object of the issues discussed. It can be used by any meeting
participant simultaneously.
To open and use the whiteboard during a meeting, in the Meeting Toolbar, click the Tools button and select
Whiteboard.
The system will display the Whiteboard with the set of available tools:
Everything that appears on the whiteboard is visible to all meeting participants.
Using the Main Menu, you can either create a new drawing, or use an image from another source.
On the left is the Whiteboard Toolbar. The basic tools are:
- draw a curved line;
- draw a straight line;
- draw a rectangle;
- draw an oval or a circle;
- draw an arbitrary figure;
- select a shape from the Image Library.
To exit the Whiteboard mode, in the Meeting Toolbar, click the Tools button and select the Video mode.
